| Introduction | Rick Grant has worked as a strategic and media communications consultant as well as a broadcast journalist in the Circumpolar Arctic, Afghanistan, Ethiopia, Somalia, Kenya, East Timor, Albania/Kosovo, Indonesia, and the former Yugoslavia.
