Introduction	I started running 3 years ago when I quit smoking and picked up another habit, running. It is a love hate relationship I have with running. It is so rewarding covering new distances, running races in new places with friends but then there are those days that I cannot imagine stepping another foot in front of the other. Quilting is also a great passion of mine, I started quilting in 2005 when I took a Beginners Quilting class and have continued to run my sewing machine to the ground since. I am a member of the Thunder Bay Quilters Guild and the Thunder Bay Metre Eaters.
Interests	Quilting and running
