| Introduction | Filip Kowalkowski studied Journalism at University and immediately began putting to practise all of his journalistic knowledge and experience, through the camera lens. Having been behind the lens for over a decade, Filip has moved with technology, from 35mm film photography through to modern Digital age, and from darkroom to digital lightroom. Over the last decade, Filip's professional work has included freelance photography for news papers across Poland, expedition photography to some of the harshest environments on the planet, travel, wedding and "occasion" photography, and has been published in various magazines in both Poland and England. Well travelled, his photographic experience and knowledge covers many genres of photography, in part due to his journalist roots; travel photography, sports, news articles, weddings, personal photoshoots, concert and music photography and much more. Ever thirsting to improve his range of phtographic and social expertise, Fil continues to proactively learn and study new techniques and genres of photography, and actively engages with many other professional photographers. |
