| Introduction | He is a Consulting Psychometrician /Lead Assessor for ISO 9001 QMS with over 25 years of very wide and worthy experience trained by Nigel Bauer Ltd., UK and RWTUV A.G.,Germany. His expertise is in assessment and measurement with focus on Rasch Model. With over 30 published proceedings and articles in ISI /SCOPUS indexed journals, he has been invited as plenary speaker to several conferences. For his excellent service, the Govt of Malaysia seconded him to KSA Inc., USA; for setting up the National Science Centre exhibits and then AFPM-Boccard S.A., France; for the establishment of Malaysia-France Institute. He is the Consultant for the Masters program in Protective Security Mgmt in Intn’l Islamic University and Skilled Manpower Training to the HR Development Dept, Sabah State. He conducts seminars regularly in areas of Rasch Analysis and ISO9001:2008. He jointly supervised Masters/Ph.D students on Research Method using Rasch Model. Now he deliver lectures in UTM Degree++ program on QMS and Internal Audit and also coordinate the Pro-Cert in QMS Program in SPACE, UTM. He won the award as the Best Program Facilitator of the Year 2007 & 2008 consecutively. |
