| Introduction | Sam and Teresa are adopting Ayanna Simone. Ayanna was born with severe trachea malacia and T fistula. She now has a new trach, as well as well as a g-tube for nurishment. She also has an osteomy as she was born with no opening to her anus. She will also have to have to undergo several more surgeries to correct and connect all the pieces and parts....Her offical diagnosis is "v.a.d.e.r" syndrome. She has the most amazing disposition...full of smiles and is a HUGE blessing. We couldn't have prayed for a more perfect addition to our family. Thank you in advance for taking the time to read about our little girl.... |

| Favorite music | Ayanna LOVES music....her 2 favorite nurses at All Children's made sure that she got turned onto all the classics so we try and make sure that she has LOTS of music so the smiles are always present... |
