| Introduction | PEACE TRUST A Charitable Trust registered in Delhi on 26th Nov’07. The trust was formed with the intention to develop the tourism potential of the villages in remote Himalayan districts of Uttarakhand, with the aim of fostering understanding and celebrating diversity. And peace trips is a part of peace trust which does fund raising since its an adventure tourism company and a substantial part of this fund is used for the Pokhri Rural Eco tourism development project. PEACE trust as an non-profit organization, and PeaceTrips Edventure as an Adventure- Rural holiday company work in the sector of community development. To conduct Adventure sports for tourist and also work as non-profit organization which try to get tourist, social worker/ volunteers, corporates, institutions and also professionals from various backgrounds like planners, architects, engineers, environmental scientists in the region, based on sharing knowledge and expertise with the local communities and do some volunteering work for the area. |
