Introduction | I am currently an undergraduate student majoring in journalism. Almost all of the free time I have away from my studies is consumed by my passion for food. I love picking up new culinary tips, staying updated on health and nutrition news, coming up with new food creations, and eating... emphasis on the eating! I believe that the best food is both satisfying to the palate and beneficial to the body. I love finding ways to make the most indulgent foods more healthy and nutritious for the body without sacrificing (and usually gaining) taste! My goal is to work healthfulness into any lifestyle without deprivation and with enjoyment! |
Interests | Nutrition, cooking, baking, running, cycling, hiking, pilates, photography, reading, exploring, spending time with friends and family, researching, and always learning! |
