| Introduction | My name is Liane, I'm 50+ years old and this is the story of me. I began this blog as a way for me to write about the trauma I have experienced since the age of 10. I have struggled my whole life with a pattern of self-sabotage and have come to the conclusion that I have not dealt with the trauma and continue to give it power.
