Introduction	I have finally realized that, at 31 years of age, I have no idea who I am. I have become so disconnected with myself because I have had to stay in such a dissociated state in order to survive so many years of abuse that I have lost myself. I would like to start this blog in an attempt to find my voice and rediscover my inner me who I have suppressed for all these years.
