Introduction	I have sold all sorts of products and services in the biopharma industry. This blog reflects my daily life, and while it is hopefully peppered with insights, it is not a sales training 'course.' For that, please seek out my Udemy course "Scientific Selling." An 'outside sales' career has allowed me to go back to the same people and accounts again and again, building relationships that are deeper and longer with customers, rather than with employers. As such, I act as an agent for multiple vendors, all trying to reach the same customers. I currently help a network of discovery and preclinical CROs and a specialist in LC/MS, including both services and select technology such as LDTD plate-base mass spectrometry technology.
