| Introduction | I'm a single mom who works very hard. My daughter is 13 and growing fast. I'm 40, been divorced for 11 years, found a love of cooking and can't get enough of it. I'm enamored by the flexibility of cooking. I never knew until a year and a half ago when I dated a former chef for a brief time. After the split, I hungered for more great food so decided on exploring the world of cooking on my own. So I've delved into it with both feet forward and haven't stopped on my mission of learning all I can. Problem is, I'm locked into a mold that life has placed me in and I'm wondering how to break that mold and make a different, more fulfilling life for myself and my daughter. |
