He has successfully led and developed sales and operations teams, as well as the presidency of $1.2 billion thrift in the state of Florida. Jim is the President of Leadership Bound, LLC. Recognized as a dynamic leader and facilitator, Jim is well respected for his ability to create a positive and engaging learning environment which benefits participants both personally and professionally. Prior to opening his leadership consulting company, Jim designed and staffed a corporate training organization focused on developing the leadership effectiveness of over 1,500 managers and executive leaders. During his tenure Jim participated in the development and facilitated hundreds of multi-day seminars which focused on the foundational development of both entry level managers and enhancing the leadership skills of executive leaders.
