Well children, it's really quite sad. You see Mr. Zophenhop was too busy seeking the approval of the counsel of High Hoppers to realize the importance of fastening his seat belt. When the accident happened they couldn't do anything to help him or his wig. In the end all we can say is, "Flower Power Baby!"
