| Introduction | Shara has been a wife to her husband for 12 years and is the mother of a quirky 2nd grader. She enjoys roller skating, camping in her vintage camper and blogging. She is a surviver and a fighter with Hashimoto's disease (anti-thyroid antibodies), rheumatoid athritis and metabolic issues which have resulted in several major surgeries. These problems have also led to an uncomfortable disorder of the autonomic nervous system called dysautonomia. She hopes to create a community full of awareness on the subject of auto-immune disorders and the affects of the day to day coping mechanisms from a personal perspective.
