| Introduction | Hi, I began shearing in 2008 with the thought of just learning for the hell of it, because it was cool and not too many people can say "I went to sheep shearing school for 6 days and sheared my share of 800 sheep in Montana"...Well that was a very fun week which led into fun beyond my wildest dreams! I get to shear sheep and other fiber animals for a living! I started a shearing business out of pure demand for the skill. Well I also enjoy all aspects of fiber from shearing of course, fleece processing, spinning, knitting, crocheting, and weaving. Probably I spend most of my time spinning yarn. It is so relaxing and the woosh-woosh of the wheel and flier sends me into dreamland. |
