Introduction	Brian was born in Brookings, SD and raised in Prince George’s County, MD. The son of a Portuguese mother and a father who left the Norwegian Lutheran heartland to serve in the U.S. Navy, Brian draws from a rich heritage of songs and stories celebrating a shared journey into the wideness of the world. Before becoming a minister, Brian worked on award-winning corporate communications in film and print. He earned his M.Div. from Moravian Theological Seminary and was ordained in 2005. Brian and his family have served and shared the journey with congregations in rural ND and now continue the adventure in Carver County, MN.
