| Introduction | I’ve spent most of my life dealing with health problems and searching for answers and solutions to these. I’ve tried conventional medicine and its side-effect-laden pharmaceutical drugs; and I’ve tried alternative medicine, which not only gave me some relief, but also some answers. Don’t get me wrong, I’m not anti-conventional medicine, but I am a firm believer in finding a doctor who is at least open-minded when it comes to alternatives. There is room and good reason to have both in your corner. It is equally important to be actively involved in your own health. To that end, we must understand how our bodies function and alternatives that have been clinically proven to improve our health. Hopefully, my experience and insight will be helpful to you. |
