Introduction	MODEST DESIGNS - a post modernist mid-20th century house. A record of the MODEST DESIGN we are undertaking. Everyone says we should be on Grand Designs, but its not grand - it is modest. Although we have our own driveway and big old iron gates it is just a small house, which we are extending, whilst keeping the integrity of the design.
