Introduction	I have always been a very physically fit person (until now anyways). All my life I have been into physical fitness, and healthy eating. Recently I stopped going to the gym, stopped "clean eating" and started down the road to fast food, expensive restaurants, late night Martinis and pure laziness!!! Needless to say, I have gained a substantial amount of weight, and I no longer feel like the healthy, physically fit girl I used to be. I have had no desire to step on the scale however, judging by the fact that I can now only fit the two pair of "fat girl jeans" in my closet, I would dare to say that I am the heaviest I have ever been. Because of these things combined, and after extensive research, I have decided to do a 30 day detox water fast and share my journey with you! Anyone looking to jump on board and in need of a fasting buddy feel free to let me know. I am extremely excited to see where this road will take me, as I know this will be a true test of both will power and strength. Hopefully you guys will help me out and be my motivation!
