| Introduction | professional Ashtanga Yoga teacher (registered with Yoga Alliance as an E-RYT 500 - the highest level - Experienced Registered Yoga Teacher) and Kripalu Certified Ayurvedic Yoga Specialist. My goal is to help my students find their inner teacher and commit to a daily practice which brings them joy and freedom physically, spiritually, and energetically. To that end, I use the methods taught by Sri Pattabhi Jois of South India as the starting point and adapt them to each individual's level of ability. I do my best not to take myself too seriously; if I get too full of it, the universe has a way of deflating it pretty quickly and on a regular basis, too. Visit my website, AnglesYoga.com, for a schedule of classes at my new studio in Catonsville MD (link below!) There's no place like OM, Hon! |
