Introduction	This blog started back in 2013 when I was struggling with several health issues. Unable to figure out a diagnosis with health care professionals, I embarked on my own journey of listening to my body, trusting that I knew how to heal it with real food, and ultimately identifying my celiac disease and lactose intolerance. My long time belief that food is medicine and we know more about our bodies than any doctor, led me to becoming an Integrative Nutrition Health Coach in 2015.
