| Introduction | I am married with two children, a son born 6/08 and daughter born 7/10. I am a mother first, and a birth doula, Childbirth educator, placenta encapsulater, and I'm submerging myself into the herbal world. Some like to call me a "birth junkie", and I admit it, I'm addicted to birth and everything that surrounds it. I am an advocate for natural childbirth, homebirth, lotus birth, breastfeeding, extended breastfeeding, attachment parenting, cloth diapering, co-sleeping and sustainable living.
