| Introduction | I am one who never imagined or thought of being an entrepreneur, it was an evolution after going to business school, following the corporate path, entering into the Internet start up world and then breaking out on my own launching three successful businesses including FLOinc, Ladies Who Launch and Collective-E. Looking back, I would say that I had some Type E characteristics, I was always creative, passionate and I initiated parties, social activities and took leadership roles in school. Now, preparing to launch my next venture, I have embraced and enhanced my Type E side and feel confident in my Type E abilities. I believe that everyone can benefit from enhancing their entrepreneurial side, as research shows that Type E people have higher self esteem are more confident and, because they are taking control of their destiny and running their own show, are generally happier in their life. |
