| Introduction | Having grown up in a loud, liberal, blue collar household back in the seventies, I can still recall the nightly dinner table debates during election season. They nearly always resulted in my grandparents not speaking to each other for at least a couple of days. Oddly enough, they were both lifelong New Deal Democrats. |
