| Introduction | Professionally, I am a Communication Strategist, Master Certified Coach, Certified Speaker, and Author of "Communicating with IMPACT". My goal is to assist individuals in achieving levels of success that they could not achieve on their own. For over 20 years, I've been assisting leaders and their teams in using my IMPACT process to communicate clearly, lead effectively, present powerfully, listen attentively, develop solutions, shift mindsets, and make a bigger IMPACT on their bottom line. This is also accomplished through my engaging keynotes, hands-on workshops, and one-on-one coaching. My interest in "professional/personal development" stems from my heritage. I am an Italian citizen and second-generation Italian-American. My four grandparents immigrated from Italy in the early 1900s. My mother's parents lived next door, so I was raised in a large Italian family. My grandparents both had large gardens. They loved to grow things, and I do too. I enjoy assisting people in "growing" in order to achieve greater success. I am very family-oriented. I enjoy visiting relatives and friends (who I treat like family). |
