| Introduction | Currently transitioning from a full-time intern within elementary school to a graduate of Towson University as of May 2011. Going from a loaded teaching schedule to nothing demands something of a substantial distraction; cooking was the obvious solution. The culinary experience is placed just below my passion for teaching. And on a good day, I start with a mug of black coffee and end with a glass of red wine.
