My blogs
| Introduction | I joined the Hong Kong Police in 1966 aged 19, serving there until 1970 when I joined the Metropolitan Police. A series of promotions took me through Surrey Constabulary, Thames Valley Police ending up as chief constable in Bedfordshire Police. Since retiring in 2001 I have been writing steadily producing two published books one on the future of the police and the crime writer's guide. Thus far I cannot find a publisher who can fall in love with my fiction. |
