Introduction	Tim started his recruiting career in 1995 in the Houston office of Management Alliance Group of Independent Companies (MAGIC) specializing in the oil and gas industry. His primary focus was recruiting top Engineering talent for the oilfield service industry. He was consistently a company top 10 producer out of 50 offices nationwide and helped grow an office that became the number two producing office in the company. In 1998, Tim founded his own company, Pinnacle Staffing which later incorporated into PathFinder Staffing in 2002. He expanded his services to not only include contingency and contract/temporary staffing but also onsite consulting. In addition to the oilfield services industry, the recruiters at PathFinder Staffing now recruit for EPC Engineering firms that specialize in both onshore and offshore engineering services.
