About me

Introduction	I wrote my first poem at 12 years old. I remember it well. It was about a postman who was having a really bad day. The joy that I had achieved in composing drove me to write even more. I have written so many poems over the years, all lost, but the excitement of putting pen to paper and taking my mind into the realms of reality and fantasy keeps me. As a Research Assistant for the University of the West Indies who just recently graduated from a Masters programme, the busy life of school that limited my writing became no longer and with extra time on my hands, I plan to once again embrace the poetic parts of me.
