| Introduction | I have two absolutely amazing daughters ages 15 and 17! They very are active in competitive swimming and keep me on my toes! My oldest recently got her CNA and works part time. Both girls excel in academics. I work as an administrative assistant in a solar energy company and coach age group swimming. I have also been a personal trainer and nutrition coach. I have been active in sports and recreational activities of all kinds ever since I can remember. I was diagnosed with 2 ASDs and a PFO, which is why I decided to create this blog to use this to document my journey through diagnosis, treatment, and recovery, I have had an achilles rupture, and torn rotator cuff, bicep tendon, and labrum, all repaired. I continued to stay active throughout all these major surgeries. I have been through separation and divorce twice and have been a single mom since 2019. Thanks for visiting my page! |
