Introduction	I am a stay at home mom with 6 year old twins. I love to sew, embroider, make hair bows and do anything crafty. A little history: I was a sports enthusiast growing up, extremely active and fit. I even played collegiate basketball for one year. I'm not sure when my weight problem began, but it has definitely put a damper on things. This blog is going to help me to keep track of all the things I am doing to become a happier, healthier person again.
