| Introduction | Jill Moran, a Registered Acupuncturist with the CTCMA of British Columbia, graduated from the Canadian College of Acupuncture and Oriental Medicine in Victoria BC with a five year Diploma in Doctor of Traditional Chinese Medicine. As well, Jill is an honour B.Sc. graduate in Bio-Medical Science from Guelph University in Ontario. In 2004, Jill completed an Internship in Harbin, China at the #1 University Hospital. As a practitioner, Jill’s passion is treating neuromuscular conditions, ranging from pain to arthritis, athletic recover to athletic performance, injury to stroke recovery not to mention migraines, headaches and fibromyalgia. Jill’s other certifications are: Soft Tissue Mobilization; Trigger Point Release/Manual Muscle Testing; Facial Rejuvenation Acupuncture; Intern, fertility clinic in Victoria BC; Acupuncture Detoxification Specialist (ADS); TCM Psychology studying Lonny Jarrett. Jill’s focus in the practice of acupuncture is the belief that we are spiritual beings first who share a human experience. Jill operates from the approach that by keeping the mind and body active and healthy, we nourish the soul. |
| Interests | Acupuncture, Cupping, Moxa, Chinese Herbal Medicine, Yoga, Facial Rejuvenation Acupuncture Jill is an elite athlete in both downhill skiing and varsity lacrosse. She is a runner, having participated in a number of half marathons in Vancouver, Victoria and Toronto. Living on the West coast Jill was introduced to surfing and yoga. She has been practitioner of Iyengar yoga for the past ten years. |
