Introduction	Hello, I am Monica. I write 3@12 from and about our home. The our being my husband Milt, my son Sam and myself. Hence the name 3 (us) at 12 (our house number). We live in Germany, in a little town half way between Frankfurt and Heidelberg. In January of 2009, we moved into our newly constructed house and have been busy with home ownership ever since.
