Introduction	I'm a mum, wife, yoga teacher, writer, student, daughter, sister, friend … I like to read, write, do downward dog, daydream, chat, sleep and eat. I want to do it all, right now. But this 'busy-ness' of life is exhausting. As I try to do everything, I do it all a little half-arsed. If you're talking to me on the phone, chances are I'm also checking my emails, or hanging the washing, or playing with the baby, or maybe throwing back a cup of tea and a few sneaky pieces of chocolate. Sometimes I might be doing all of those things at once, plus some more. No, no; WAIT! That's the old me … 2013 is the year of NOW. Fifty two weeks of being mindful, of living in the moment. I'm sure I won't always get it just right, but I'm going to give it a red-hot go.
