Introduction	Well, my sons are grown and on their own now, so I am cooking for family, friends and clients. I have gone full circle from the learning about spices and vegetables and serving combinations to comfort food (my niche) to the science of food, and more. There is always so much to learn and enjoy. Cooking and food is love. Love is all there is, ya know!

Favorite movies	Believe it or not, what most people do not know about me is is, I am a weather nerd. "Twister" and "Into The Storm" are my favorite movies.
Favorite music	My favorite music is old school 70s and 80s R&B and Soul.
Favorite books	I have a wide variety of literary enjoyment. Cooking, history, Native American History and Culture round out my favorites.
