Introduction	Welcome to my training blog! If you've ever wanted to do an Ironman triathlon, you are in the right spot. I'm a sports dietitian by trade and a triathlete by default (former marathoner who needed to cross train to save her knees). I'm training for my 4th Ironman triathlon (Boulder, 8/3/2014) and willing to share my secrets of success (and recipes for disaster!) to help you cross that finish line too.
