| Introduction | Spent 7+ years in Indian IT company in several roles with my primary expertise around Oracle E-Business suite. Spent 2 year in corporate change management role pioneering Lean practices for IT Services and developing business models for IT outsourcing business. Having spent 9 years in the IT Services company, began realizing ivies growing around me. I chose to challenge myself by taking up a Business development role in a large products company. Got a culture shock setting up and deveoping the business in the Indian market for 18 months. So much so that I recommended the unit close down given the business ecosystem and the country scenario for such solutions. Having cost my role and hence the job, I chose to get back to services industries again and interestingly so in the transition & transformation/change mgmt. role, which I've been performing for the last 20 months. Moved into a Solution Architect role, recently, and wondering what new experiences it will bring. |
