Introduction	Late 30s. Enjoy training and racing in anything that involves a bike, swim goggles and/or running shoes. Started racing in 2002 doing some local events. Since then I've branched out and have competed in Ironman events, stages races, Xterra and cyclocross. I've competed in Canada, Australia, China and all across the country at Nationals and Worlds events. I hope to someday compete in the Ironman World Championships in Hawaii as well as the Xterra World Championships.
