| Introduction | Just retired from full time service as Professor of Hospitality Management at the University of the Philippines, after serving for 38 years. Presently a Professorial Lecturer at U.P. Co-founder and Academic Director of AHA-IHMS (American Hospitality Academy-International Hotel Management Schools)an international network of hotel management schools now operating in different countries (i.e. Philippines, South Africa, Romania, Nepal, India) and soon to open in a few more countries(www.ahahotelschools.com). Co-Founder and Academic Director of American Hospitality Academy Philippines (www.ahaphil.com) located in Salcedo Village,Makati City. AHA Phil, founded in 2006 is the first American culinary school in the Philippines. Proud of my three children - Michelle, Ronald and Jem - all professionals, and four grandchildren- Nathan (13), Isabel (12), Gabe (9) and Sabina (2) . |
