Introduction I'm a keen furniture and wood artist as well as visual artist with an auspicious woodworking education and expertise. I enjoy being in my studio handcrafting one of a kind furniture, wood art or abstract art. I have come to appreciate the inherent beauty of wood and strive to maintain these sometimes unusual characteristics in their natural state. In the process of designing and creating wood art, unique furniture or abstract art I also strive to work with hand tools as much as I can. Benefits to this include environmental friendliness, quietness,a dust-free environment, to say nothing of the aerobic exercise gained. The hand tool process is a peaceful one which provides me more opportunity to reflect on the task at hand.
