IntroductionChange is accelerating - around the world and in our own backyard - far outstripping our current ability to deal with what's happening. I believe that the need to redefine leadership to create new contexts for shaping our world is at the critical point, and I believe women are the key. I have chosen to devote the next three years of my life to working with women, particulary those women who are choosing to work with others. For me, the most compelling thing of it all is that I believe that women don't have to work at leading....they just have to show up, open their mouths and tell their truth. And therein lies our greatest challenge, given the misogyny in the world today. The collective fear demands a collective presence...that we begin to manifast as unique individuals presenting in one force. When we do that, the rest falls into place.
