| Introduction | My name is Jessica, and I am a Board Certified Music Therapist. I adore music and it's potential to impact others. I am in private practice, and after many wonderful opportunities to work with various populations and clinical settings, I decided to focus on work with children. As a Music Therapist, it is my mission to bring about improvements in areas of need (including areas of psychological, physical, behavioral, cognitive, developmental, and/or social functioning) through the use of Music Therapy interventions. | Favorite music | I have my favorites, but also love diversity! The basic requirement for whether or not I enjoy a piece of music is this: "Can I relate to this?" and/or "Does it move me?" |
| Favorite books | I love reading. It's funny to think when I was a child it seemed such a chore to read, but now it's an escape. |
