Introduction	I am a stay-at-home mom. We are a vegetarian family who eats at home most days for all 3 meals, which makes it easy to get into a food rut and make the same thing over and over. So a little over a year ago my mother in law and I started making a new dish every week, which led me to experimenting on my own and learning to make some great meals for my family , although most of my recipes originate from food blogs and recipes online. Now if I could just remember all of the things we have made over the last year and a half!!! I am hoping this blog with help me keep track of all our delicious meals and yummy baked goods!
