| Introduction | Liberty Creek Farm is a small farm started as a learning project. The name comes from a desire to be free from the hazards of factory farming and genetically modified plants. We want to learn about organic farming and implement best practices to maximize our yields with minimum energy and water input. We will grow only heirloom varieties of plants to ensure food freedom for our children and grandchildren. |
