Introduction	Let's make this text-book style :) I was born on the 11th of May 1970 in Bombay, India to an Indian classical danseuse (Protima Bedi) and an international film star (Kabir Bedi). I was brought up in a very 'liberal' environment. Made my impact on the big screen between starting early 90s, in addition to featuring in advertising campaigns (Anyone remember the Kamasutra campaign :). Post marriage and giving birth to my babies Aalia and Omar, I moved into television, publications and theatre. I've hosted TV shows (Not Just Page 3 and Just Pooja) on Zoom TV, participated in Jhalak Dikhlaja on Sony and currently am working in ‘Fear Factor – Khatron Ke Khiladi’ on Colors. I love to write. My articles and columns are in Times of India, Hindustan Times, Midday, Marie Claire and the Week, where I try and address issues of social and national concern. I've done my bit to create AIDS awareness, while also lending support to causes like Breast Cancer Awareness, Street Children Welfare, World Vision of India, CRY and Habitat for Humanity.
