| Introduction | My name is Samuel Mwinamo Asena and I am a native of Kakamega but currently reside in Juja and Work n Nairobi. I am a Management professional with over 10 years experience spanning various sectors like Insurance, Charity, Hospitality and Travel. I am a writer of both fiction and inspirational content and have been involved in ministering to young people for over 15 years now. I have been teaching and practicing the principles of living an optimal life in one form or another over this duration. Currently I run an institute called Optimize that teaches people how to make the most of their lives through courses and coaching services. I also serve business and other organizations in a training and coaching capacity. I am also a published Author of the Book Blessed to be a Blessing and have several other titles in the works. My passion for creating helpful and inspiring content is what led me to start this blog which is meant to be a reflection of life as I see it in my ideal world.
