Introduction	I am a 61 year old guy who has returned to Ham Radio in 2011 after a 19 year absence. In days of yore I was an active Member of the Liverpool and District Amateur Radio Society being their secretary for some years as well as a Contest Manager. Many successful contests were achieved, some with many contacts, others with much beer. Other interests which have grabbed me are : Sailing - qualified Coastal Yachtmaster. Flying - light aircraft only. Rallying - in a mini-cooper S, old style. Best result 2nd. Photography - again a competition manager for my local Club. Several successes including a 1st in a National comp, and a 2nd Internationally. I do a lot of walking around the local golf courses, usually looking for my ball.
