| Introduction | I was diagnosed with Stage 4 Metastatic Gastroesophageal Junction Adenocarcinoma. In simple terms I have stomach cancer that has now spread throughout my lymph node system. This cancer is inoperable, but the good news is chemotherapy may work. I start my therapy this Wednesday and I feel very positive. I know God is with me and I plan on being cancer free soon.
