| Introduction | Dr Jordan was awarded a Doctor of Business Administration degree focusing on technology and innovation management. Dr.Jordan's degree was awarded by the School of Advanced Studies, University of Phoenix. The University of Phoenix is accredited by The Higher Learning Commission and is a member of the North Central Association. The Doctor of Business Administration degree is also accredited ACBSP. As a result of his research Dr. Jordan is an authority on how complex organizations adapt to changing environments, specifically how those organizations adapt to technological discontinuities and disruptive innovation. Areas of research interest include organizational ethics, leadership theory, economic and social inequity in addition to technology and innovation management. His work experience has been focused on systems engineering in a complex environment. As a result of his choice of research design, Dr. Jordan has become an expert in the use of the Delphi method of collaborative decision making. This appropach has the benefit of mitigating the well-understood biases associated with group decision making processes. |
