| Introduction | This is Liv. I’m 24, and starting to truly give my all, even my crap, over to God. He's removed many distractions, like significant others (that's a particularly painful one) for now and I'm learning to trust Him. I’m being weened from my crutches, my addictions (I’ve never tried drugs, but I’m all too familiar with emotional withdrawals) for His glory. Underneath I’m truly a quirky kid at heart. I crave sunshine, but I'll gladly play in the rain and mud. I dip my pizza in applesauce and refuse to match my crazy socks. I don’t normally like learning new things in front of people, but I’m so glad I learned swing dancing! I love coloring my hair and my style can change day to day. I’ve only recently discovered that I have any artistic ability and enjoy what God’s developing in me. I write poetry and He’s developing that too. I love singing and will sometimes break out in random song, often to others’ embarrassment. I’m learning how to be a true friend, even when my efforts aren’t reciprocated and am getting to know those God has put in my life. I’m also learning to pray for those He’s taken out of my life. I’m just finding myself in Him. Enough about me, do you know you’re beautiful? |
